How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for resin kits?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products. Due to the nature of chemical supplies, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or had their safety seals broken.
Are your epoxy resins non-toxic?
Our resins are formulated to be low-odor and VOC-free when used in a well-ventilated area. However, we always recommend wearing gloves and following all safety guidelines provided in the instruction manual.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
What should I do if my resin arrives yellowed or damaged?
If your product arrives damaged or shows signs of premature yellowing, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
